⋅ Terms of Service ⋅

By requesting a commission you agree to these terms of service. Please look over these carefully before commissioning me.

─── ⋅ Accepted themes and concepts ⋅ ───

⦁ I specialize in furry and anthro art. Pokemon are also acceptable. I will not draw humans, humanoids, or taurs.
⦁ NSFW is acceptable but costs extra.
⦁ I will not draw anything involving politics or bigotry, excessive gore, watersports, scat, or vore.

──────── ⋅ Terms of Service ⋅ ───────

My terms of service may be subject to change. By commissioning me, you agree to the following rules:

⦁ You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
⦁ Currently I only have three slots open at a time. They will usually open in the first week of every month.
⦁ Payments may be made through PayPal only. Payments must be made upfront. I will send an invoice to your PayPal. If I do not receive a full payment within 48 hours of sending the invoice, that slot will be forfeited.
⦁ I only accept payment in USD.
⦁ All offers and fees are set in stone. I will not add any fees once your payment is completed.
⦁ I will notify you on your completion time once payment is accepted. I typically finish commissions within a few weeks but some may take me one or two months.
⦁ While you will receive a preliminary sketch before any kind of rendering is done, you are free to request a WIP at any time. The preliminary sketch is likely the only time I will send a WIP of my own volition and I will require approval before moving on further. The buyer may request any changes necessary before finalizing the sketch; past this point, only minor changes (like adding a marking or small things on the design that I missed) may be made.
⦁ I reserve the right to refuse or deny any request or commission for any reason, like customer indecisiveness, lack of communication from the buyer, breach(es) of these terms, etc.

───── ⋅ Refunds and customer use⋅ ─────

⦁ I allow a 50% refund before a sketch is finalized. A full refund is automatically issued to you if I feel I cannot complete your commission. Refunds are not issued past completion. If you are unsatisfied with the finished product, please contact me and we can discuss it.
⦁ My commissions are for personal and non-commercial use ONLY. You may not use the image to promote or generate sales in any way or use it for a logo or brand.
⦁ You may post your commission on social media, but you must give me some kind of credit, either from mentioning me by name or by linking any of my socials.
⦁ You may not trace, copy, or make bases out of my art and/or edit out my signature or watermark from the image.
⦁ You may not claim that the artwork is yours regardless of any edits.

⦁ Minor breaches of my terms of service will result in a warning. In more severe or persistent cases, you may be denied your commission and/or barred from commissioning me again.
